At Forge & Fable Co, every piece is made to order, so here's exactly what to expect from checkout to the day your order lands.
Order Processing
Because our products are printed and prepared just for you, orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Times & Rates
- United States: standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- International: delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after processing and may be subject to customs duties or import fees set by your country.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Forge & Fable Co can't be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays
During new releases, sales and holiday periods, processing and delivery can take a little longer than usual due to higher demand and carrier volume. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but it hasn't reached you, email us at support@forgeandfableco.com and we'll make it right.
